Pema Tshomo 12 Science

 BACK STORY:

 'Embarking on a new adventure, where every step is a story waiting to be told.' My journey begun when I was born on 19th December 2006 at Gelephu to my mother Norbu and father  Tshechi and I grew up at certain places. Originally, I am from Yadi,Mongar    but I have never been to my village till now. I have two siblings (including me Three) and I am the youngest of all. As a youngest child in my family I received lots of love and care from my parents and siblings. Among three of us I was the naughtiest one as I could remember I used to do nagging and cry over little things.  when I was 4, my father got transferred   towards  Panbang which was a rural place, and I had a difficult time to adjust in that environment however my siblings made it easier for me.  They are my lifeline who brings joy and happiness in my life. 

The first year of schooling is where we get new experiences and create memories. I joined my primary school at the age of 5 in Panbang primary school in 2012.After joining the school, it was difficult for me to socialize but made Endeavour to communicate with new face.  In grade PP Among all the friends I met, one of them was my closest to one's heart. The special person am talking about is Ugyen Selden, my best friend. Though her name is Ugyen Selden, I call her as Baylaymo. The Day we met we became so close that we used to eat together, go home together and do lot of things together and being with her I stopped giving my siblings difficult chapter. We were seat mate till class 1.When I was enjoying my childhood with my friends out of sudden My father gave a news to my family that he got transferred in new place which was at P/ling. fate of being together with my friends especially with her was over. Even though I was a kid I had a feeling full of sadness when departing with them. From grade 2 to till 8 I studied at p/ling lower secondary school. In 2020 ,due to covid my, Again my father got transferred towards Thimphu (Chamgang).I completed my grade 9 to 10 at Yangchen Gatshel Higher Secondary School. During grade 9 and 10 It was difficult for me to study since we got several subjects to be study however I manage to qualified. As soon as I was qualified through grade 10 I was excited to join different school .so finally I am studying here at Wangbama Central school. Being in new environment and staying at boarder for the first Time was challenging for me and I had a tough time last year in my studies  and many things however this Year I could manage my time and many more.

Academic goal:

It  is quantifiable so I can track my progress. To achieve my academic performance in English I will try to allocate specific times slot each day and sharing writing with peers and teachers, or online writing communities to receive constructive criticism and improve my skills.  I will dedicate 30 minutes each day to English literature and practicing writing exercise. 

By incorporating these strategies into my daily routine and staying committed to my language learning goals.   I will effectively improve my English performance over time.

Enhancing Education Through Technology

Learning is fun until you struggle while learning. In today's rapidly evolving educational landscape, the role of technology in the classroom has become increasingly prominent. with the right approach, technology can serve a powerful tool to enrich the learning experience and empower students to reach their full potential. Around the world, technology has been the solution to every problem. It greatly contributes to learning and exploration. It connects us to the world around us leading to exploration of new idea and knowledge. It makes the class interactive and fun for learning. It makes the class interactive and fun for learning thus, the use of technology can benefit us in education by making work easier, a chance to improve exploring skills and serves as a source of communication 

Technology really has made our work easier in every aspect, it benefits us both physically and mentally .According  to Arthur (2002) he started that('Any sufficiently advanced technology inequivalent to magic.' For instance ,did you ever hear our parents telling us how their school life was tougher than us? Before technology was invented students had to listen to lectures for hours and their memories had to be strong. Students before had to rely on their memorizing power and initially affected their mental health. Due to advancement of technology students it's been for students .they don't have to memorize thousands of paragraph in a year  , students can simply understand and ask doubts .It's easier now and it will be easiest onward. Thus, with the help of technology it makes our work easier as well s given the chance to explore.

subsequently, the use of technology in classroom can benefit students  through exploring new things .Technology has profoundly changed education and has greatly expanded access to education. In ancient times, books were rare and only on elite had access to educational opportunities. For example, imagine in the state of mental pressure people might go through if  they didn't understand a particular topic the teacher had taught. Machines such as computers and phones can benefit us a lot . In today's  generation of revolution , massive amount of information are available at one's fingertip's through the internet . Technology is a powerful tool that can support the education in many ways, the use of technology helps in enhancing education for all, whether it's teacher or student's , it helps in developing their explore skills.

Some people claims that the use of technology in classroom is not effective for communication. According Larsen (2011) 'The greatest myth of our life is that technology is communication")The use of technology in classroom the students will be distracted  and wont pay attention. They believe that the real danger is not the computers will begin to think like men but men will begin to think like computers. Engaging  students too much with  technology can make them think, like computers and hinder education instead of enhancing it. However, the opportunities for communication and collaboration have been isolated. The walls of the classrooms are no longer a barrier on technology enables to show new ways of learning, communicating and working collaborating. Therefore, technology rather serves on source of communication than a issue to be addressed for hindering education.
